Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Cape Canaveral, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Produce drawings and documentation in accordance with established design and scope.
  • Assure the quality of Mechanical deliverables independently.
  • Produce drawings and documentation.
  • It may be necessary to update the project schedule and monitor work package cost.
  • Provides input to designs as needed.
  • Work with the engineering team in developing concepts and communicating requirements to cross-functional teams.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $40.00 - 45.00/hr

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Length: Contract (3-6 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Associate Degree in Engineering or Drafting or Design.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD Systems Solid works
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in creating and presenting Technical Reports utilizing MS Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word)

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to create 2D drawings of electrical circuits, machined parts, wiring diagrams and schematics from interpreting draft layouts, sketches, or other sources.
  • Thorough knowledge of engineering design and development concepts
  • Ability to showcase functionality and design through portfolio.
  • Ability to express technical issues in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbally
  • Knowledge and understanding of GD&T

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
