Summary:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person with the desire and ability to perform a variety of tasks. Ability to compose emails, letters and memos with impeccable grammar and spelling. Pleasant, positive, energetic attitude, including flexibility in working with a wide variety of people and duties. Problem-solving skills necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Job Requirements:
*To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
*2-year technical or business college degree with administrative assistant/business emphasis preferred or 2 - 3 years experience in office setting (or equivalent).

Job Responsibilities:
*Computer competent, with demonstrated ability in the use of MS Office Suite software and applications within a Windows-based environment.
*Demonstrated solid knowledge in use of all office machines.
*Knowledge of Client Systems preferred (Maximo, Coupa).
*Generating monthly invoices, monthly reports and assisting Project Managers and staff with reports and KPI capturing.
*Approving Client Timecards for non-exempt employees.
*Creating and receiving purchase orders.
*Employee Recordkeeping for the division, organizing and filing of multiple project files. Onboarding for New Hires.
Proven ability to manage effectively with a team-based work environment.
*Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
