Transfer Eligibility Criteria


  • Employed in current position at least 1 year (12 months).
  • Written confirmation of acceptable performance record/evaluation signed by the employee's supervisor and completed no more than 18 months prior to date of transfer application.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of performance including but not limited to absence of corrective action and/or resolution of previous corrective action.
  • Successfully pass any special screening processes required for the position of interest, including but not limited to background investigations, drug screens, and skills assessments.
  • A transferred employee may be subject to additional background screening as required by the position.

Summary


Maintain accurate inventory records and perform monthly audits to ensure accuracy in CMMS (Maintenance Connection)


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned with supervisor approval. Forecast maintenance needs and adjust Min/Max for each part - Ask AFT's for assistance



  1. Fill out shipping paperwork & document parts sent out for repair (issue, equipment used on)
  2. Document vacuum pump breakdowns and repairs on spreadsheet
  3. Request quotes from vendors for parts & repairs
  4. Submit requisitions in Epicor for parts & repairs and update Parts On Order spreadsheet daily
  5. Weekly check the status of ordered parts and repairs
  6. Adjust inventory when parts are removed or received
  7. Create Batch list of parts needed to complete eachPM
  8. Inventory audits for all parts storage areas.
  9. Forecast maintenance needs and adjust Min/Max for each part - Ask AFT's for assistance

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


Previous experience in inventory control / management preferred.



Language Skills


Ability to read and comprehendsimple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.


Ability to write simple correspondence.


Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.



Mathematical Skills


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.


Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.



Reasoning Ability


Strong mechanical aptitude required


Ability to understand to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.


Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to extreme heat. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet/or humid conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment ranges from moderate to high.
