Your Job

As a Digital Business Partner Intern within the MPS Division of Molex, you will support the digital transformation journey. You'll collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities and help implement digital solutions that enhance business processes and drive growth. Your role will contribute to bridge the gap between business needs and digital capabilities, supporting a culture of innovation.

This role can be located in Hudson, WI or Little Rock, AR.



What You Will Do

  • Engage with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and provide guidance in leveraging digital technologies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define business requirements, using Design Thinking methodology to uncover improvement areas in people, processes, and technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MPS and Molex Digital, gaining experience in leveraging business and technical expertise to support digital solutions.
  • Effectively plan, organize, and oversee projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices, and contributing to discussions on their potential adoption.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Promote digital transformation and foster a culture of innovation. Support stakeholders in data literacy, data governance, and self-service analytics to empower informed decision-making.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Interest in business analysis, consulting, or digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Familiarity with digital transformation trends and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Interest in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
  • Exposure to digital technologies such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, or automation.
