$20-$24/hr 1st - Mon. thru Fri. - 8am-5pm Ripon, WI Job Category: Manufacturing Job Details: Key Responsibilities: Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to load and unload trailers. Direct and assist dock staff in staging, palletizing, and preparing shipments. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and packing slips. Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and routing of materials. Monitor dock flow to reduce bottlenecks and maintain safety standards. Communicate with warehouse supervisors, drivers, and logistics personnel to coordinate scheduling. Train new team members in forklift operation, dock safety, and material handling best practices. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock environment. Qualifications: 3+ years of forklift operation experience (certification preferred). Prior experience leading or training a small team in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or dock environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse safety and OSHA guidelines. Ability to read shipping documents and follow load/unload procedures. Solid organizational and problem-solving skills. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
