Summary of the Job:

This position is responsible for researching and resolving internal and external requests for adjustments while supporting account information accuracy. The role requires strong cross-departmental collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and retention while ensuring compliance with bank policies, laws, regulations, and the BSA/AML program.

About This Role:

Key Responsibilities Core Functions
  • Research and resolve adjustment and research requests with precision and timeliness
  • Process and fulfill subpoena requests for Legal department
  • Conduct balance reconciliation and research for General Ledger accounts
  • Maintain organized warehouse storage of records
  • Actively participate in daily Continuous Improvement MDI team processes
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Serve as a liaison between operational departments and customer-facing teams
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with key internal partners including:
    • Coporate Treasury Services (CTS)
    • Retail Banking
    • Legal
    • First National Information Technology (FNIT)
    • Other First National Operations (FNO) groups
    • Audit and Compliance
  • Collaborate with other financial institutions to resolve inter-bank inquiries
  • Advocate for customers' interests across organizational boundaries
Performance & Development
  • Meet or exceed department accuracy and productivity standards
  • Complete all assigned formal and on-the-job training to maintain role competency
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives across departmental boundaries
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing solutions that exceed expectations

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Basic Qualifications Education & Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with PC/Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong email communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation
Work Style & Attributes
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a diverse, fast-paced environment
  • Exercises sound judgment within established policies and guidelines
  • Detail-oriented while understanding appropriate level of precision for each situation
  • Effective multitasker capable of meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborative team player who builds effective relationships across departments
  • Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance
  • Willing to work as part of a larger team
  • Physical capability to lift 25-30 lbs.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent department interests
  • Share relevant information with appropriate teams to ensure alignment
  • Maintain professional relationships that facilitate efficient problem resolution
  • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting department priorities while meeting enterprise needs
  • Willing to assist other outside groups in times of need
  • Experienced with any of the following: Hogan, Foundation, Nautilus, PeopleSoft, TCM, Deluxe 360, Lockbox processes.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $36,720.00-$58,752.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
