Description
As a Principal Systems Engineer in our Space RF Systems group, you will be a key member of an integrated team performing and leading systems engineering tasks for projects as well as supporting the continuous improvement of our Systems Engineering capabilities across the division. You will interface and coordinate with multiple external and internal organizations including stakeholders and other engineering disciplines. You may be asked to lead special projects. Primary responsibilities include leading project SE team efforts working in accordance with systems engineering best practices, methods, and processes, per INCOSE SE Handbook and ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2023. Salary Range: $155,000 - $225,000 The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
