Job Description: Position Description: The Senior Manager, Treasury & Financial Reporting is responsible for managing the cash and banking activity of the company and well as mandatory reporting compliance, quarterly and annually. This includes cash positioning, cash flow planning, bank administration, cash & debt accounting, compliance with banking regulations and debt covenants, and supporting shared services functions with banking and technology infrastructure. This position reports to Corporate Controller. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Company's cash position and daily inflows and outflows through administration of the treasury workstation.
- Manage the Company's banking infrastructure ensuring that adequate controls are in place to safeguard assets and minimize risk.
- Maintain and oversee accounts receivable factoring program and ensure account reconciliations are accurately prepared as well as the necessary journal entries to reflect the factoring program
- Maintain relationships with both AR factoring programs as well as all-banking relationships for North America.
- Develop/refine existing global cash forecasting process, and link to FP&A forecasting activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for compliance with both debt compliance requirements as well as external audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and debt covenant compliance.
- Liaise with Corporate Financial planning to ensure the Company's cash forecasts are timely and accurate.
- Ensure cash and debt transactions are recorded properly in the general ledger and that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled in a timely manner.
- Maintain the Treasura system.
- Support the shared services functions (Disbursements, Receipts) with banking technology infrastructure.
- Work closing with the FP&A group to create forecast models for interest and cash.
- Drive process improvement and operating efficiency through technology, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives with your knowledge of developments in the treasury and banking environments
- Identify and implement activities that reduces treasury cost and expenses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent required in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- MBA, CPA or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in treasury operations, financial shared services, or corporate accounting.
- Large ERP system experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. SAP preferred.
- Strong knowledge of banking administration, treasury workstation, and internal controls.
- Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite products (Word, PPT). Advanced Excel preferred.
