About the Role The Account Director, Specialty Pharmacy - Dermatology will serve as a field-based leader responsible for managing key relationships within Incyte's Opzelura Enhanced Services Network. This role ensures efficient patient access, optimal channel performance, and operational excellence across assigned specialty pharmacy (SP) accounts. In addition to managing contractual and service-level obligations, this position requires strong data analytics capabilities and operations management acumen to assess specialty pharmacy services and pull-through effectiveness. You will work cross-functionally to align internal priorities with external execution and ensure high service levels for patients and providers. Key Responsibilities
