Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in the print industry. This role serves as the main point of contact for our print partners, supporting them through every step of the ordering process-from initial inquiry to final delivery. Responsibilities include resolving issues, answering product and order-related questions, coordinating with internal teams, processing and expediting orders, and providing pricing estimates and quotes.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, proactive problem-solver, and collaborative team player who is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Your Responsibilities:

* Managing all customer communications-both written and verbal-in a professional, proactive, and efficient manner.
* Answering questions and providing guidance on product options, pricing, order status, and custom order details.
* Processing reprints, applying credits, and resolving quality or service concerns to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
* Collaborating with various internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent follow-up and regular communication.
* Handling escalations and concerns with a sense of ownership, ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple systems and functions.
* Working independently and within a team to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Your Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

You Must Have:
* High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints, escalations, and product/service issues effectively.
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Adaptability to shifting priorities and willingness to learn new systems and product lines.

We Would Also Prefer:
* Familiarity with print terminology and production processes
* Basic understanding of graphic file formats (e.g., PDF, EPS, JPEG) and how they relate to print quality
* Experience working with B2B accounts or dealer networks

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $17. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
