Your Opportunity: Join Taylor Corporation as a Temporary Equipment Operator and help support our production team. Your Responsibilities: Set up and run printing press equipment according to job specs and company quality standards Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance to keep equipment in top condition Mix and prepare inks to meet color and consistency requirements Check paper type, size, color, and quantity before running jobs Make sure printing plates are correct and ready to use Watch printed forms during the run to ensure quality stays consistent Work closely with the production team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules when needed Follow all safety rules and understand the safety requirements for your equipment Your Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm You Must Have: Ability to adjust machine components to required tolerances Strong math skills and attention to detail Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment Ability to read and follow written instructions Requirements within this position: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand. Regularly required to remain in a stationary position. Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials. Frequently required to move inside the facility. Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry). We Would Also Prefer: Experience working with very tight tolerances Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Good color vision and ability to spot color differences The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17-20. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
