As A Maintenance Technician You'll Be Responsible For:


  • Handling maintenance requests and repairs- think plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more
  • Getting units "move-in-ready" using our make ready checklist
  • Performing daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking great
  • Tackling seasonal weather prep such as fall clean up or snow removal
  • Responding to emergency calls and deliver outstanding service
  • Communicating with vendors, assist the team with resident notices, and keep supplies in check
  • Being a friendly, responsive presence for residents and coworkers alike



What We're Looking For:


  • Previous maintenance experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and a clean driving record
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
  • Must be able to read work orders/service requests
  • Good safety habits
  • Ability to communicate effectively
