Overall Summary As Sr. Product Manager, Knees, your primary role will be managing and executing a pipeline of differentiated knee implant solutions derived from deep customer insights through the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to grow the MicroPort Orthopedics (MPO) Knee platform in the market space. You will work in collaboration with the Director, Knee Marketing as well as the Senior Leadership Team, global commercial teams, clinical, regulatory, research and development teams to ensure long term growth goals for the MPO Knee platform are met. You will oversee the development of the go-to-market strategies and initiatives to support MicroPort Orthopedics growth strategies across the US and OUS regions for the MPO Knee platform including Implants, Instrumentation and Digital & Technology Capabilities. You must work closely with Sales and Functional Leadership to understand market trends, customer perspectives, competitor activities and industry dynamics to develop strategic segment plans and tactics necessary to drive the MPO Knee business forward. You must be able to identify unmet customer needs and new business opportunities and provide vision and focus to move products from an idea to commercialization. A high degree of initiative, leadership skills, urgency, analytical and big picture problem solving skills with a strong desire to create step changes in innovation, decision making ability, and aptitude for personnel management are required.
