Job Description: Ryan Companies is looking for a talented, experienced Regional Marketing Manager to support our West and Northwest Regions. This person will create and execute strategies for regional internal and external branding and marketing including events, promotions, public relations and communications. The Regional Marketing Manager will work with development, construction, architecture & engineering, real estate management and capital markets departments to implement sales enablement strategies that lead to improved relationships with clients and partners and grow Ryan's business both culturally and financially. This is a hybrid position that will sit in either our San Diego, CA office or Seattle, WA office. Some things you can expect to do:
- In partnership with divisional marketing leader, develop and manage the execution of regional marketing strategic plans and budgets
- In coordination with national brand guidelines, manage regional advertising, brand awareness and public relations tasks, including award submissions, advertisements, sponsorships, collateral, industry events, direct mailings, e-campaigns, newsletters and support national awards submittals for regional projects and people
- Manage and execute upon marketing related events including trade shows, industry conferences and seminars, and broker-specific events/roadshows
- Manage the regional execution of St. Patrick's Day and other holiday campaigns and events
- Prepare and coach teammates on effective presentations and provide sales tools and other resources, as needed
- Partner with national team to provide content with a regional perspective for company social media and traditional media channels
- Serve as a champion and go-to resource for CRM, maintain content updates for projects and campaigns and provide updated content as needed for Ryan external website
- Support teams in their ongoing neighborhood and government engagements
- Manage jobsite-marketing for regional projects in partnership with construction, design, and development teams including site signage and fence wrap needs, groundbreaking events, project celebrations, grand opening events, photography and public relations
- In partnership with divisional marketing leader, lead regional public relations efforts
- Manage, design, develop and write RFQ/RFP responses and offering memorandums; collaborate with sector/service marketing leads on their pursuits
- Market research as needed
- Reporting of data and metrics for the region as needed
- Other duties as assigned
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field is required
- Five to ten years in commercial real estate marketing or comparable high-end professional service B2B environment
- Knowledge of database concepts (such as CRM systems and their uses)
- Willingness to travel up to 10% and have outstanding communication abilities while working in other locations
- Must be able to create, work and deliver within a defined, often short, schedule
- Must be able to hold others accountable for their contributions to top quality products and proposals
- Deep facility with Microsoft Office tools
- Intermediate to advance skills with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills required to support and lead a large dynamic team

Compensation: The annual salary range is $95,000 - 110,000. The annual base salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Benefits:
