Position Summary Provide Data & IT technical support, training, troubleshooting, and project management to internal and external customers for bioMerieux marketed Advanced Analytic Solutions. Primary Duties
- Design, implement, and deploy data visualization dashboards for the Advanced Analytics solutions marketed by bioMerieux.
- Drive initiatives focused on analytics implementation and automation of data collection processes, working cross-functionally with support and sales teams.
- Drive and complete Advanced Analytics implementation projects as defined by the project scope and timelines to meet customer expectations and organizational objectives.
- Ability to troubleshoot scripting issues using the available digital tools and documenting all support and troubleshooting tasks in CRM in a timely manner.
- Manage internal and external customer inquiries per established guidelines and documentation in CRM system.
- Accurate and timely documentation in IT & Data Solutions tools, including but not limited to CRM for Cases and Work Orders Completed, and Project Management tool to update project status.
- Assist with launch/implementation of new systems by learning new products, providing input to development of documentation, and troubleshooting procedures for all systems.
- Contribute to revenue generation initiatives through promotion of value-added projects and services.
- Perform on-call duties as needed to provide 24-hour technical support to customers.
- Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Training & Education
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, health informatics, public policy, public administration, public health, healthcare administration, statistics, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of relevant experience in health informatics, Information Technology, or relevant field with professional certifications (CompTIA or equivalent) will be accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience in support of LIS interfaces, servers, software applications, hardware, middleware, and computers required
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lab/Medical Technologist or equivalent experience (LIS Analyst or IT role within lab environment) required.
- Experience in data visualization a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication, analytical, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently, effectively multitask to meet deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) products.
- Exhibit good interpersonal and diplomacy skills, excellent verbal, and written capabilities through previous experiences such as teaching, sales, or management.
- Exhibit good decision-making ability, including problem resolution.
- Employs the expertise of others and provides expertise in a team environment.
- Proven capabilities in managing data analytics implementation projects specifically for healthcare organizations.
- Understanding of health care administrative data.
