Job Description
This position is responsible for managing sales relationships with strategic partners to achieve sales and persistency goals through brokers for Ameritas products and services.

Position Location:



  • This position is a remote role and does not require regular in-office presence.


What you do:



  • Achieves sales goals while operating in alignment with department and enterprise processes and objectives.
  • Manages sales relationships by providing service and support to assigned partner offices to achieve sales goals. Influences distribution's growth strategies.
  • Provides partners with marketing materials, training, and other sales closing support to attract and retain business.
  • Utilizes comprehensive product and business climate knowledge to educate about product development, market research, and sales tactics.
  • Assists partner sales representatives with pre-sale service presentations and broker meetings.
  • Orchestrates resolutions in matters of service and underwriting issues.
  • Monitors quote activities and reviews large case submissions.
  • Directs and implements key initiatives and special projects that support department and enterprise plans.
  • Provides guidance to new or entry level team members.


What you bring:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2-4 years of related experience required; 5+ years of direct sales experience preferred
  • State Health/Life License required or must obtain within 60 days of employment if not currently held

About this Position's Pay
This is a sales position. The posted range reflects the base pay and variable compensation. The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on base pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our variable compensation program with a target defined by the applicable program.
