We're looking for a Product Manager for Knowledge Graph (KG) to lead our efforts in making the Knowledge Graph the most comprehensive, accurate, and easy-to-use repository of brand data in the world. You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the core data layer that powers Yext's products, publisher network, and LLM integrations.

This role is about more than fields and records - it's about turning raw, fragmented data into a trusted source of truth for brands. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and external partners to build capabilities that aggregate, enrich, and manage content at scale with minimal user friction.

What You'll Do

  • Drive product vision and roadmap for the Knowledge Graph, focusing on data completeness, accuracy, and usability.
  • Accelerate data ingestion through automated content aggregation, connectors, public data sources, and intelligent agents.
  • Reimagine onboarding workflows to cut time-to-value by reducing manual content entry and improving fill rates.
  • Enhance content management tools to help customers solicit, validate, and update data from internal and external sources.
  • Evolve connectors to serve both technical and non-technical users - making integration setup faster, easier, and more intuitive.
  • Partner with AI/ML teams to leverage LLMs and automation for data mapping, transformation, and quality detection.
  • Work with your team to develop data quality, freshness, and consistency metrics that tell a compelling story to customers.
  • Ensure KG continues to be a competitive differentiator for Yext in the eyes of partners like Google, Apple, and large enterprise customers.
  • Leverage AI capabilities in LLMs and Agents to enrich KG data, create connectors to other tools, and sync data across systems.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, data platforms, or integrations; experience with search, AI, or structured data is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude; able to collaborate with engineers on APIs, data modeling, and automation workflows.
  • Proven track record of shipping data-rich products that improve customer adoption, retention, or engagement.
  • Skilled at breaking down complex problems into simple, user-friendly solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for working across teams and with enterprise customers.
  • Analytical mindset - able to use data to inform decisions, set KPIs, and measure success.
