What You'll Do as a Parts Counter Sales Representative:

As a Counter Representative, you'll serve as the front-line connection between our parts department and our customers. You'll ensure they get the right parts, fast-while delivering the outstanding service Mustang Cat is known for. Responsibilities include:

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service at the parts counter
• Accurately process orders and fulfill customer parts needs
• Assist with identifying parts, availability, pricing, and shipping timelines
• Use electronic systems to locate part numbers and inventory
• Support general operations of the Parts Department
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, parts sales, or a related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment or machinery
• Comfortable with computers, email, and point-of-sale systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, customer-first attitude with a team-focused approach
• Self-motivated and reliable with a positive mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Additional Helpful Skills:

• Experience with Cat Systems
• Background in heavy construction equipment, parts, or industrial sectors
