Position Summary |
The Assistant Director for Internal Operations will be responsible for supporting
UNCG Athletics with Human Resources (HR), Payroll, and administrative tasks. This position acts as the liaison between Athletics and the HR departments ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, and support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role also manages Payroll and supports the Senior Staff in administrative duties. This position will report directly to the Executive Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations and be a part of the Internal Operations team within the Athletics Department to drive synergies between the department and campus HR and Payroll Offices. |
Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |

Preferred Qualifications |
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Sports Management or Recreation Administration.
