988 Clinical Manager (Full Time)

Community Care Alliance seeks a highly motivated, client-centered leader to serve as 988 Clinical Manager. This is a unique leadership opportunity within the nationwide 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline network - a leading, integrated public health approach to suicide prevention.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Demonstrated commitment to addressing systemic, community, and individual challenges in behavioral health and/or social determinants of health through an anti-oppression lens
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, supervisees, and clients
  • Advanced skills in producing documentation and written reports
  • Proficiency in evidence-based and evidence-informed approaches to suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and care coordination

CORE FUNCTIONS:


  • Provides direct supervision to 988 call center managers
  • Engages in routine evaluation of program needs and develops and implements policies, procedures, and trainings accordingly
  • Collaborates with the compliance manager to ensure clinical and programmatic adherence to contract and accreditation requirements
  • Participates in contract oversight meetings, division and agency leadership and staff meetings, and other committees as assigned
  • Co-facilitates program staff meetings
  • Models effective crisis response by providing consultation and/or engaging directly in client care or systems-level care coordination when indicated
  • Acts as administrator on-call on a rotating or as-needed basis

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Master's degree in social work or related field, with licensure preferred. Can substitute education with a BA and LCDP or CPRS and 5+ years' experience.
  • Experience managing behavioral health crises required, in settings such as behavioral health treatment programs, emergency services, homeless shelters, crisis centers, or similar
