Social Media Manager Remote Location: Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC Position Summary

We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our global social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. This is a highly visible role on the marketing team, responsible for elevating our brand presence, growing engagement, and ensuring our social voice aligns with business priorities.

You'll oversee day-to-day channel execution, shape long-term strategy, and leverage AI and automation tools to scale our efforts with efficiency and impact. The ideal candidate blends big-picture thinking with operational excellence and has a deep understanding of social content, community building, and platform-specific best practices. You'll be a thought leader and innovator-someone who isn't afraid to experiment and push creative boundaries while remaining grounded in analytics and results.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and lead the global social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals

  • Own the social content calendar, channel planning, and execution-partnering with internal teams to create compelling content

  • Manage a social advocacy strategy that empowers employees to amplify brand messages and share authentic perspectives

  • Manage performance reporting and insights, optimizing campaigns and content based on data-driven learnings

  • Create and edit short-form, social-native videos to drive engagement and highlight key initiatives.

  • Experiment with emerging formats-memes, trends, interactive posts, and live content-to keep channels fresh and audience-first.

  • Use generative AI and automation tools to scale content production, personalize engagement, and streamline operations

  • Identify new and emerging platforms and trends that align with our audience and brand strategy

  • Monitor social conversations and trends, identifying risks and opportunities for real-time engagement

  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across channels

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity

  • Demonstrated success growing brand presence and engagement across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X

  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content formats across social channels

  • Experience using AI tools to support social media content creation, scheduling, or engagement

  • Proven experience creating social-native content, including short-form video, with strong understanding of what drives engagement on each platform.

  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social)

  • Comfortable collaborating with creative teams, executives, and subject matter experts

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with YouTube strategy and video-first content production

  • Hands-on skills in lightweight video editing and production (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar tools).

  • A strong personal POV on what makes content authentic and engaging in a social-first environment.

  • Working knowledge of brand voice and message consistency across global markets

$92K - $115K * Offers Equity

$82K - $103K * Offers Equity
