Job Description
DUTIES: Providing tax compliance and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and their closely held businesses with foreign investments; preparing a detailed review international tax compliance forms and work with a dedicated international tax team; advising U.S. and foreign individual investors of tax planning opportunities; developing tax models illustrating tax attributes, effective tax rate, and cash tax expense; preparing quantitative analysis including E&P studies, Subpart F, GILTI, ECI, PTEP, FTC, and Sections 962 computations; and assisting the Federal Tax Group with tax treaty analysis arising from inbound and outbound cross-border transactions and activities. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Accounting or Business Administration; Five (5) years of Prior Progressive Experience as an Accountant; Certified Public Accountant licensure and Quickbooks Online Pro Advisor certification; and Experience with Quick Books Online & Desktop, Profile, Simply Accounting, Oracle, ACCPAC; Pfx Fixed Assets, Pfx Planner, Pfx Scan, CCH Axcess, Axcess Tax, PdFlyer, TValue, CCH Tax, CCH Workstream, CCH Practice, and Engagement.
