Senior Category Manager - Walmart
Location: Bentonville, AR

Hybrid: 3 days onsite

We're looking for a Senior Category Manager - Walmart to drive growth and innovation for our Walmart business. This role will develop and execute category strategies that put the shopper at the center, leveraging insights and data to influence assortment, pricing, and omnichannel solutions. You'll partner closely with Walmart to ensure our brands continue to thrive while evolving with changing shopper needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute category growth strategies that balance the needs of Fiskars Group and Walmart.
  • Set direction on category performance drivers using an omni-channel approach.
  • Lead customer engagements on space, assortment, pricing, trade promotions, and omnichannel solutions.
  • Analyze shopper behavior and consumer perceptions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Turn complex data and insights into actionable strategies.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
  • MBA preferred

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in sales, category management, trade marketing, analytics, or shopper/consumer insights
  • Experience with Scintilla report builder, JDA/Prospace, and shopper behavior analytics
  • Proven track record in leading category strategies and customer engagements

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Results-driven, with a focus on measurable business impact
  • Curious, self-starter mindset with a focus on understanding "why" behind the data
  • Passionate about insights and their application to business growth
  • Courage to speak up and challenge the status quo
  • Strong synthesis skills - ability to integrate multiple sources into a clear vision
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across varied teams
  • Strong business acumen and technical research skills

Language:

  • English as a daily working language
