Job Duties: Associate, Divisional CFO with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Project quarterly and yearly revenues for the team by analyzing economic trends, sector performance, and capital markets to inform business leaders on forward-looking metrics to shape future strategies. Create weekly summary reports, streamline processes, and handle ad hoc requests with tight deadlines, enhancing overall efficiency and communication within the team. Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards to visually display key business performance indicators, utilizing complex data sets, applying various visualization techniques, and conducting data analysis to enable data-driven decisions. Analyze multiple regression models, key assumptions, and macro indices to provide commentary on the reliability of the output data. Review the output data with key stakeholders and make adjustments based off feedback from management. Perform the CCAR stress testing procedure, ensuring the bank's operational resilience during financial distress and analyze economic scenarios provided by the Federal Reserve, integrate these scenarios into regression models, and evaluate the results. Track and analyze team performance with metrics such as volumes, wallet share, and fees relative to competitors, and provide detailed reports to the management committee, highlighting areas of competitive advantage and identifying opportunities for improvement. Assist in ensuring necessary documentation is kept for purposes of internal controls and external audits as well as any regulatory inquiries. Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) or Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and one (1) year of experience (with a Master's degree) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor's degree) in the job offered or in a related role. Prior employment must include one (1) year of experience (with a master's degree) OR three (3) years of experience (with a bachelor's degree) with: analytical and problem-solving skills to comb through vast data and identify key information to help in decision making; using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to deliver presentations on a weekly and quarterly basis; presenting yearly budget analysis to help management formulate strategic planning for the coming year; performing financial reporting and qualitative analysis and visualizing trends for use of the business unit management team and divisional leaders; using Tableau to facilitate workload; and communicating with multiple investment bankers or revenue generators to ensure project pipeline is complete and accurate.
