Liekly to convert to FT based on performance We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various production and packaging equipment. This role involves working with a range of machinery, including lasers, burn tables, saws, and break presses, with training provided for forklift operation. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on new equipment and maintain older machinery to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, devices, and products across production and packaging lines. Service and repair industrial machinery. Work with electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components to diagnose and resolve issues. Calibrate, adjust, fabricate, or repair components as needed to meet operational requirements. Set up and verify the functionality of safety equipment in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Utilize SAP (preferred) and basic diagnostic tools to track maintenance activities. Operate forklifts (training provided). Required Skills & Experience Experience: 3-5 years in a technician or maintenance role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Preventive maintenance procedures. Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Hydraulic systems knowledge. Experience with lasers, burn tables, saws, and break presses (or willingness to learn). Tools & Systems: Proficiency with basic hand tools, drills, and impact tools. Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance tracking software is a plus. |
