About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our Advisory Services team and lead quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and quality verification (QV) across a large infrastructure program. This role ensures consistent implementation of the program's Quality Management Plan (QMP), validates technical deliverables, and promotes continuous improvement. You will oversee the administration and management of the quality management processes, audits, verifications, enforce compliance with standards, and provide guidance to the program team ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and technically sound. Working closely with project teams, technical advisors, and leadership, the Quality Manager will champion accountability, collaboration, and a culture of quality.

Office Arrangement: You will have flexibility to work a hybrid/remote schedule, coming into any Parametrix office for integration and to build connections.

You Will:

  • Administer and maintain the program-wide QMP and associated business processes, ensuring consistency across QA, QC, and QV practices.
  • Conduct audits and quality verifications to confirm compliance with program standards.
  • Validate deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contractual and technical requirements.
  • Oversee and approve qualifications of QC/QV reviewers, ensuring appropriate discipline expertise.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions, document control procedures, and standardized review tools.
  • Track and analyze performance trends, reporting on QA/QC/QV metrics to program leadership.
  • Partner with project teams and technical advisors to identify process improvements and mitigate risks.
  • Provide onboarding and training to strengthen team competency in QA/QC/QV processes.
  • Serve as a key advisor to leadership on quality risks, compliance issues, and continuous improvement opportunities.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, quality assurance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of quality management experience on large-scale infrastructure or engineering programs.
  • Proven expertise in QA, QC, and QV processes, audits, and technical document review.
  • Proficiency with quality management tools (comment logs, verification logs, version control systems, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with public sector infrastructure programs, SharePoint-based document control, and/or quality certifications (ASQ CQE, Six Sigma) preferred.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $125,000-$175,000.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
