Job Overview Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as Warehouse Manager. This leadership role oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, production management, and work therapy program coordination. You'll drive operational excellence while supporting our mission of transformation through work therapy and rehabilitation. Pay Rate: $22.00/hr Status: Full Time, 40 Hours per Week Key Responsibilities Production Management * Oversee all donation pick-up and store delivery operations * Optimize warehouse production efficiency and cost control * Develop and implement product control procedures * Manage vendor relationships for bulk sales * Track and analyze production metrics and trends * Oversee supply purchasing and inventory management * Generate administrative reports and recommendations Property & Equipment Management * Ensure OSHA compliance and safety guidelines * Oversee preventative maintenance programs * Manage equipment and facility repairs * Control utility and supply costs * Coordinate vendor relationships * Manage property improvement projects * Maintain accurate inventory systems Staff Leadership & Development * Supervise Warehouse Manager, Transportation Supervisor/Dispatcher, and Maintenance staff * Recruit, interview, and recommend new hires *
Provide staff training and development
* Conduct annual performance reviews * Manage time and attendance systems * Handle personnel issues and corrective actions * Ensure HR policy compliance Program Support * Support work therapy program goals * Train and supervise program beneficiaries * Partner with department leaders * Foster supportive learning environment Qualifications Required Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree preferred in: o Business Administration o Marketing o Industrial Arts/Sciences * Five years industry experience in: o Production scheduling o Supervision o Recruitment * Or equivalent combination of education/experience Required Certifications * Valid driver's license * Forklift certification * Certified trainer preferred * TSA vehicle qualification Skills & Abilities * Strong leadership capabilities * Advanced problem-solving skills * Excellent communication abilities * Microsoft Office proficiency * Strong Excel skills * Budget management expertise * People development focus Physical Requirements * Regular lifting up to 50 pounds * Extended standing/walking *
