The Administrative Coordinator assists with the business and facility management tasks at the SAE Government Technologies AMCC facility. This role encompasses a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to data management, calendar management, facilities management, security management, etc. that each requires the ability to work in an unstructured, unsupervised environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage visitor access, badging, and security logs
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems for organization records
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist in grant/contract preparation and management
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Assist in organizing events
  • Update office policies and ensure compliance with procedure

OTHER NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist with the operation and maintenance of the AMCC facility.
  • Assist with program planning and facility planning as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • United States Citizenship
  • 3-5 years' experience working in an office environment, experience with the Federal Government or a contractor to the Federal Government preferred
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance or other government agency equivalent
  • Associate's degree in business administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field
  • Business, Visio, Photoshop, and document editing background preferred.
  • Degree in English, technical writing, administration, or strategic communication.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • The work is conducted on-site at the AMCC facility and includes various administrative duties utilizing computers, office software, and other similar equipment.
  • There will be some access and exposure to the AMCC facility's lab and manufacturing environment.
  • There may be travel; however, it is expected to be less than 10%.
