Job Summary We are currently hiring an Japanese Inside Sales and Recruiting Specialist for our Japanese Business Services team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for inside sales activities, lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent communication and customer service to clients. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
Inside Sales - Conduct outbound cold calls and email campaigns to identify and generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Research and understand our target market and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Recruiting - Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes of applicants to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews for candidates with the senior recruiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
