The Machinist produces precision components used in Fillauer's prosthetic products by operating and maintaining manual and CNC machine tools. This role is responsible for interpreting drawings, selecting appropriate toolings, performing accurate measurements, and ensuring all parts meet exacting quality standards. The Machinist works closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing needs, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Your Impact
Determine dimensions/tolerances of finished parts, sequence of operations, and setup requirements based on blueprints, sketch drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts.
