Azure AI/ML Architect, Senior

Key Role:

Designs and implements effective AI and Machine Learning solutions utilizing Microsoft cloud capabilities and industry best practices to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with company's strategies and business goals. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in statistics, statistical modeling, and analytics working with large-scale data and building and deploying AI/machine learning models to establish or discover patterns that our clients can use to make predictions and categorize information
  • Experience using Python
  • Experience in data visualization, requirements gathering, and communicating results to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in data extraction, cleaning, wrangling, and manipulation, feature engineering, validating and optimizing models, and working with multiple data types and complex data systems
  • Experience working with data science or ML libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch, analytics, AI, and ML approaches and models like time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and neural networks, and SQL and NoSQL languages and databases
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science or Computer Science

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Apache Spark, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Kubernetes Service for big data scenarios
  • Experience with Elastic ELK Stack, Git, GitLab, GitHub, or other version control systems, and Databricks
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Experience working in DevOps or AIOps
  • Knowledge of computer networking and security
  • Master's degree in Data Science or Computer Science
  • Certifications in AI/ML, networking, and information security preferred, such as Microsoft AZ-500, AI-102, Elastic Certified Engineer, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or CySA+

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
