What You'll Do
- Spearhead end-to-end LV distribution program execution for robotic systems, R&D prototypes, and data hardware via matrixed teams (ME/EE design incl. actuation, compute, vision; Integration, Firmware, Test, EMC, Sourcing, NPI)-ensuring on-time deliverables and proactive risk mitigation
- Accelerate alignment on high-power, high-speed, noise-sensitive subsystems, bridging on-BOT/off-BOT electronics with actionable templates, rigorous documentation, and maturity checkpoints-fueling measurable program wins
- Optimize resourcing via cost/quality/time impact matrices, enabling swift, data-driven decisions that deliver accelerated timelines and minimized risks
- Champion R&D lab operations for distribution elements: prioritize workflows, orchestrate high-velocity trial builds, and scale throughput for peak efficiency and output
- Innovate documentation ecosystems for seamless program tracking, specs, and knowledge sharing-driving rapid adaptations and collaborative breakthroughs
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in technical program management with stellar results in low voltage distribution, robotics, or hardware electronics-showcasing a bias for action in complex project delivery
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Robotics Engineering or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with CATIA, JIRA, Confluence, Thinkcell for agile visualization, tracking, reporting, and proactive issue resolution
- Multi-track execution in matrixed setups (Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance)
- Elite communication skills to transform requirements into high-impact actions, risk mitigations, and velocity-boosting plans

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
