Description

* Provide administrative support to both office and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations

* Perform accurate data entry

* Maintaining both physical and electronic files

* Scan and organize critical documents for recordkeeping and compliance purposes

* Adhere to government regulations and compliance standards

* Coordinate internal audits and compliance reviews

* Review of Inventory audits and expedited orders

* Process invoices and manage customer billing with accuracy and timeliness

* Review accounts receivable and assist with collections

* Order warehouse supplies and maintain vendor relationships

* Schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with logistics companies

* Answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence
