Description * Provide administrative support to both office and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations * Perform accurate data entry * Maintaining both physical and electronic files * Scan and organize critical documents for recordkeeping and compliance purposes * Adhere to government regulations and compliance standards * Coordinate internal audits and compliance reviews * Review of Inventory audits and expedited orders * Process invoices and manage customer billing with accuracy and timeliness * Review accounts receivable and assist with collections * Order warehouse supplies and maintain vendor relationships * Schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with logistics companies * Answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence Requirements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively * Problem-solving skills * Thrives in a fast-paced environment * Works well in a team setting and independently * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Committed to upholding high ethical standards and confidentiality * Customer Service Orientation |
