Kit Assembler

Staffmark is hiring a Kit Assembler in Smyrna, TN! If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for steady work in a production environment, this entry-level opportunity could be a great fit for you.

Pay: $13.75/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Kit Assembler, you'll play a key role in preparing kits of paper goods for distribution. This includes gathering items like stationery, envelopes, or printed materials and assembling them into complete, accurate packages. You'll also assist with labeling, sealing, and prepping the kits for shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble kits of paper goods following detailed instructions
• Count, organize, and inspect components for accuracy and quality
• Label and seal kits for shipping or distribution
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors
• Meet daily production targets and follow all safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards
• Basic counting and organizational skills
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
