Job Summary

We're seeking aDistrict Operations Managerwith a strong background inculinary operations, catering, and hospitality managementto lead service delivery, elevate client satisfaction, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional food experiences.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee and elevate food service operationsacross multiple sites, including catering, vending, and refreshment services-ensuring quality, consistency, and culinary excellence.
  • Lead kitchen and service teamswith a hands-on approach, mentoring managers and staff to uphold high standards in food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
  • Drive financial performanceby managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and implementing smart cost-control strategies without compromising quality.
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner in service delivery, menu planning, and strategic growth.
  • Support account managementby collaborating with sales and culinary teams to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
  • Ensure operational excellencethrough effective scheduling, installation coordination, and workforce planning-keeping kitchens running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coach and develop Customer Service Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, culinary creativity, and team empowerment.
  • Participate in union contract negotiationsand ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
What You Bring:
  • Associate's degree or higher, with3+ years of hands-on experience in culinary, catering, or food service operations management.
  • Proven ability toanalyze financial dataand translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strongleadership and communication skills, with a client-first mindset and a passion for hospitality.
  • Experience inaccount management or client-facing roleswithin food service or hospitality industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
