The Asset/Property Management Office is looking for a talented Administrator to administer policies and procedures that provide control over all Government, Customer and Corporate owned assets in accordance with contractual, regulatory and internal SOP's.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Record description, value, location, and other pertinent information in the accountable record of each item.

  • Establish and maintain contract property files, accountable records and various logs.

  • Identify Government, Customer and Corporate owned assets.

  • Compile documentation to support various audits and Government/Customer inquiries.

  • Compile information for financial reports. Participate in wall-to-wall inventories and reconciliations of all property.

  • Maintains and updates record of all government and customer owned property.

  • Performs physical inventories.

  • Identifies and tags incoming property and reviews all shipments and dispositions.

  • Generates transfer documents and related property documents.

  • Provides research and support of program management and production control activities as it relates to Asset Management requirements.

  • Performs surveillance and inventory verification with multiple subcontractors.

  • Requests and carries out appropriate disposition instructions from the Government and the customer including performing DEMIL activities.

  • Carries appropriate disposition of corporate owned property.

  • Assists and participates in Government/Customer and Internal audits.

  • Interface regularly with DCMA Property, PLCO, QAR and various customers.

  • Coordinates Government Reusable Container Orders and Dispositions through the Item Manager.

  • Coordinates offsite record storage between internal customer and record storage vendor.

  • Coordinates activities as assigned by Senior Property Administrator and Manager, Asset Management Department.

  • Performs other duties as required, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Skills

  • Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office and various software programs.

  • Membership in the National Property Management Association preferred.

  • Familiarity with FAR Part 52.245-1 Government Property, Part 45 and various DFARS as related to Government Property.

  • Working knowledge of PIEE Property Management Module (GFP: Property Transfer, Property Loss and Plant Clearance Reutilization) and the IUID Registry (Records).

  • Certificate from the Defense Acquisition University (DAU), Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) in Basic Property Administration and/or NPMA sponsored training preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
