We are seeking a skilled and proactive Tech Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical assistance, maintain secure IT environments, and support the integration of intelligence-focused technology tools across client and internal operations.

Position Summary:
The Information Technology Lead will be responsible for maintaining the performance, security, and reliability of the company's technical infrastructure in support of intelligence operations. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing secure networks, and ensuring the continuous operation and optimization of our proprietary intelligence platform. The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, system administration, and end-user support in high-security environments.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to analysts, project managers, and client teams, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution of issues.



  • Maintain and monitor secure IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure, with an emphasis on platform stability and performance.

  • Support the integration, configuration, and troubleshooting of our intelligence platform alongside other intelligence platforms, AI/NLP tools, and geospatial analysis software.

  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols, including access controls, encryption, and secure communications.

  • Manage our intelligence platform user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/off boarding processes in compliance with security policies.

  • Collaborate with our intelligence platform developers and engineering teams to address performance issues, test new features, and coordinate upgrades.

  • Document technical procedures and create user guides for our intelligence platform and other mission-critical systems.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and technology providers to ensure optimal system performance.



Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of IT support, system administration, or technical operations experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, networking protocols, and cybersecurity practices.

  • Experience supporting enterprise-level platforms and cloud-based applications.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage sensitive data and work within strict security compliance requirements.

  • Must be able to obtain a government clearance.



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience supporting intelligence, law enforcement, or government systems.

  • Familiarity with OSINT tools, digital forensics software, or secure communications platforms.




  • Hands-on experience administering proprietary intelligence platforms.

  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified).

  • Experience supporting government clients, DHS is a bonus.
