Summary of Position

Kinsley is looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in diesel mechanics (three or more years preferred) and a Class 7 inspection license. If you have experience keeping trucks running smoothly and safely, we want to hear from you! A CDL license is highly preferred, and we're willing to help the right candidate obtain the necessary certifications.

Typical Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Perform preventive maintenance, PA state inspections, and essential truck repairs (brakes, hydraulic hoses and pumps, chute replacement, etc.).
  • Run diagnostic tests and interpret results to identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Take on other related duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • Strong background in diesel mechanics (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and electronics is a plus.
  • Class 7 inspection license (Class 1 and Class 3) preferred but not required-we can help you get licensed.
  • CDL license preferred, but not required, we can help you get licensed if needed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
