The Client Manager for Mobile Technical Services (MTS) serves as the primary business relationship expert and strategic growth leader for JLL's mobile technical services platform. This role drives organic growth initiatives across Canada and the US while ensuring seamless client transitions and maintaining exceptional service delivery standards. You will be the single point of contact for MTS services, partnering with clients to develop strategic solutions that align with their organizational goals while leveraging cutting-edge technology platforms like Corrigo and Tableau to optimize performance and drive innovation in the real estate services industry.

• Lead organic growth initiatives across Scalable, Direct, Markets, and MTS direct-to-market opportunities spanning Canada and US operations
• Conduct client performance meetings and business reviews to ensure satisfaction, achieve relationship targets, and identify new service opportunities
• Manage work order process quality and enforce data quality deliverables through systematic reviews and continuous improvement strategies
• Support client transitions by providing business process expertise, conducting site tours, and delivering alternative solutions for complex startup challenges
• Coordinate cross-project activities, analyze resource requirements, and monitor interconnected projects using CMMS platforms
• Host Office Hours meetings for MTS Operations teams to drive Q&A engagement and improve work order quality
• Partner with account teams to develop comprehensive service and project scopes that align with client strategic objectives

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of client relationship management and business process implementation experience
• Proven track record in client-facing leadership roles with complex project management responsibilities
• Proficiency with Corrigo and Tableau CMMS platforms for performance evaluation and data analysis
• Strong written communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of mobile business processes and technical service delivery methodologies
• Excellent customer interaction skills with demonstrated ability to resolve escalated concerns and maintain strategic relationships

• MBA or advanced degree in business administration or related field
• Successful track record in sales with experience driving revenue growth and client expansion
• On-Account experience managing large-scale client portfolios in real estate or facilities management
• Experience with quality control management systems and client feedback analysis programs
• Background in asset management or facilities services within commercial real estate environments
