Benefits Director
Overview We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Benefits to lead the design, administration, and global alignment of our benefits programs! This role will oversee U.S. benefits operations and partner with global HR teams to ensure consistent and competitive offerings across regions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in benefits strategy, vendor management, and cost optimization, with a strong analytical approach and experience in fast-paced, global environments.
