Description

    Designing Instructional Media Materials (IMM) for Navy curriculum
  • Creating/revising PowerPoint graphics, digital images, animations, and videography for Navy curriculum materials
  • Developing course content using a variety of software products
  • Creating various forms of media (text, graphics, animation, sound, and video) to enhance Navy curriculum materials
  • Performing all duties, responsibilities, and essential job functions in accordance with NETC E2E, NAVEDTRA, and CIWT writing/style guide standard

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphics design, communications, or related field OR five (5) years of professional experience in graphic design or communications in the last seven (7) years
  • At least three (3) years demonstrated experience as a graphics designer using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software products to develop training
  • At least three (3) years experience developing Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) at the Interactive Courseware Level (ICW) -2, -3, and -4 levels
  • At least one (1) year experience developing courseware, at min, SCORM 4.1, HTML5, and Section 508 compliant to incude cradle-to-grave support in the development, acceptance, and hosting of content on a NETC-approved Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Expert knowledge of the graphic production process
  • Experience designing, developing, revising Navy curriculum and associated multimedia
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Adept at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL



Travel Requirements

  • Up to 25% travel may be required
