We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Hardware Production and Quality to lead and scale our global hardware operations across North America and Europe. This is a mission-critical executive role at the intersection of innovation, execution, and excellence - responsible for driving the performance, quality, and scalability of our advanced manufacturing platforms, including next-generation 3D printing technologies.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the end-to-end strategy for hardware production and quality assurance, guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain. What You'll Do

• Lead global hardware production and quality teams-from supplier quality through final product testing.
• Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with business growth and innovation goals.
• Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement across all manufacturing operations.
• Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development to accelerate innovation and reduce time-to-market.
• Oversee budgets, capital investments, and resource planning for optimal productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
• Implement digital transformation initiatives, including smart factory technologies and data-driven performance tracking.
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, shaping long-term strategy and direction.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or related technical field.
• 10-15+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing operations, including 5+ years in additive manufacturing or mechatronic technologies.
• Proven success in scaling multi-site operations and leading complex manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, production planning, and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align operations with broader business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of 3D printing processes, materials, and post-processing techniques.
• Experience with digital manufacturing, automation, and smart factory ecosystems.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS in Engineering, or Operations Management).
