Human Resources Specialist

Staffmark is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to support a leading production facility in Tomball, TX. This position plays a vital role in creating a compliant, respectful, and engaging work environment-minimizing legal and financial risks while promoting employee satisfaction and retention.

1st Shift Available

Responsibilities:

• Lead and document investigations into harassment, misconduct, and performance issues
• Partner with managers to ensure fair, compliant resolution of employee concerns
• Support policy development and ensure consistent enforcement across the organization
• Deliver training on compliance, conflict resolution, and company policies
• Mediate workplace conflicts with professionalism and neutrality
• Maintain confidential records and report on employee relations trends
• Ensure all HR practices align with Texas labor laws and mitigate legal risks

Qualifications:

• Required: High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience: 3-5 years in employee relations, investigations, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of Texas labor laws and HR best practices
