  • Provide rigorous structure, governance, and cadence (status reports, milestone tracking, steering-committee updates) across multiple concurrent work streams.
  • Build and lead cross-functional coalitions, align objectives, resources, and timelines among Product, Technology, Pricing, Risk, Legal, Marketing, Government Relations, and external clients/partners.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, interdependencies, and risks, escalate issues with clear recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Reconcile competing priorities, leverage synergies, and integrate complementary initiatives to optimize overall program value.
  • Coordinate budgeting, incentives, and commercial constructs as needed.
  • Capture and codify best practices and lessons learned into a repeatable Go-To-Market playbook for future launches.
  • Partner with Client Solutions teams on pilot programs, new-product exploration, and ongoing client engagement.
  • Maintain clear, concise executive communications-keeping North America Product leadership fully informed of progress, risks, and required decisions.
