Essential Duties & Responsibilities Fulfill E-Commerce orders for online customers Locate product throughout store to fulfil orders which come in from online shopping channels Communicate directly with online customers via supplied mobile device, ensuring Fresh Thyme customer-centric goals are met Offer like item replacements for items not in stock Accurately record weighted items and prices, which may include entering information into mobile device and/or ringing items through registers Properly bag, package, care for, label and store product in temperature controlled areas Replenish supplies as needed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must maintain the highest level of customer service at all times. Attention to detail and accuracy Work with a sense of urgency Comfort with IOS operating system Product knowledge and cashiering experience a plus Ability to adapt to the ever changing high volume retail while working in a cross-functional team environment. Must have the capacity to take initiative when problems arise. Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations. Must have advanced attention to detail with the capability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent written communication and documentation skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for dealing cross functionally with peers and senior management. This job generally starts between the rates belowwith raises occurring in accordance with the Fresh Thyme Market plan policy.
