Overview

Sierra Lobo, Inc. offers customers a full range of professional and technical capabilities, including Test and Evaluation, Systems Engineering, and Advanced Technologies. We also develop products and processes related to Cryogenic Fluid and Thermal Management Systems, Densified Propellant Management Systems, and Prototype Extreme Pressure and Temperature Systems. Our customers include the Department of Defense (DoD), the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).



Responsibilities

OVERVIEW

Strong Project Management performance tracking and reporting skills. Specialize in creating and updating schedules to track and report project progress. Effectively communicate results and reports in clear, concise, and professional manner. Creates integrated master schedules (IMS) with inputs from technical and program leads. Schedules meetings with appropriate program resources to status and update IMS. Assesses critical path(s) for project reporting.

    TYPICAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Create product breakdown structure with team inputs
  2. Create resource loaded IMS using appropriate product structure
  3. Interface with team members as necessary to manage IMS including weekly status meetings and reporting as needed
  4. Create IMS critical path reports as needed
  5. Status resource allocations per cadence established by PjM


Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Use of MS Project for 10 years
  2. Familiarity with schedule reporting and resource load assessments
  3. Familiarity with aerospace and/or aerospace related facility projects

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

  1. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and phone skills.

Ability to hear normal conversation. One eye (minimum) correctable to 20/20.

Remote and/or hybrid acceptable

  1. EQUIPMENT AND MACHINES INVOLVED IN WORK TASK

Office equipment includes computers (basic excel, PC Data processing), calculators, FAX, copier, scanner, printers. Personal transportation vehicle

  1. CRITICALITY OF ATTENDANCE

Work assignments are usually during normal daily work hours.
