As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the hotel's sales and marketing efforts by assisting the sales team in various administrative and operational tasks. Your role will involve coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales-related processes.

Essential Job Functions:



  • Answer phones and leads quickly. Often, DOSM/GM not always in the office. Will require fast, accurate, and luxury level customer responses.
  • Contact customers, set appointments, coordinate sites, customer follow-up, support DOSM/GM, general office duties.
  • Assist/create customer collateral, presentations, marketing materials.
  • Respond to all guest inquiries (leads).
  • Sell Weddings/Mitzvahs and high-priced Associations.
  • Build proposal, site inspections, discuss pricing minimums, block space, create contract
  • Assist with general site tours of hotel and show rooms.
  • Maintain list of lead turn downs for arrival requests now through opening.
  • (Cvent, call-ins, referrals, etc).
  • Marriott CI trained to block space and rooms.
  • Solicit business as directed by DOSM.



Required Skills/Abilities:



  • This position requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Prefer previous LightSpeed and CI/TY experience.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of hotel experience or hospitality degree preferred.
