The Role -

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Credit Representative to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY.

The successful incumbent will perform daily collection and billing responsibilities for customer accounts, assess customer payment history and current financial standing, and recommend appropriate credit actions.

The key responsibilities of this Credit Representative include, but are not limited to:



  • Assess customer credit worthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits
  • Monitor timely payments for assigned customer accounts
  • Provide monthly cash forecast
  • Review customer orders for adherence to payment terms and credit limit
  • Process customer billings
  • Maintain AR Customer Master file
  • Process customer CMs
  • Support audit data requests
  • Perform daily customer cash applications and prepare related reports


Salary - $42,000 - $55,000

Location -



  • Sidney, NY

    • 30 Minute Drive from Binghamton, NY
    • 20 Minute Drive from Oneonta, NY




The Person -

The key skills and qualities of a Credit Representative at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:



  • Two years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive and self-directed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Utilization of mainframe accounting software
