You'll work closely with product teams, policy makers, legal experts, and external partners to ensure that our solutions are aligned with Microsoft's values and standards, as well as the needs and expectations of Microsoft's customers. ResponsibilitiesGuides team to align with broader organization goals and regulatory requirements, in partnership with stakeholders (e.g., project manager, technical leads, legal).Manages a team of Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts, to design, build and maintain infrastructure supporting DigiTS services and platforms.Guides team to drive multiple group's project plans, release plans, and work items in coordination with appropriate stakeholders.Guides others and acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guides other engineers across products, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.Seeks new knowledge that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale and shares knowledge with other engineers. |
