Restaurant Associates is seeking anExecutive Chefto oversee commissary production and cafe operations. From high-volume prep to curated on-site service, you'll lead with excellence, flavor, and a passion for quality. What You'll Do: Lead all culinary operations across our commissary and cafes Inspire, train, and manage a dedicated culinary team Design and implement seasonal, trend-forward menus Manage food and labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relations Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation standards Launch new culinary initiatives in partnership with our corporate marketing and innovation teams What You Bring: Culinary degree preferred; strong culinary credentials required 3-5 years of culinary leadership in high-volume production and/or catering Proven ability to manage costs and streamline operations A hands-on, team-first approach and a passion for hospitality Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Apply to Restaurant Associates today!
